Rodney was very communicative, and even rescheduled because the heavy rains had made for poor sod conditions. He could have easily just installed sub-par sod, but instead he called and let us know that was probably not a good idea at the time. His team installed the sod quickly and left the site clean. I would definitely recommend him.

Rodney called back immediately and was on time for the inspection. He explained everything to us and after we got an estimate and set the date, he arrived and work was started right away. To day we are pleased with his work and would recommend him.

Osceola Sod is great!!. After I placed my inquiry on Service Magic, within 1 hour I had received a call from Rodney, the President. He asked a few questions about my project and then was at my residence within 1 hour measuring and providing a written estimate. We called him back 7 days later to hire them and within 3 days my yard was done. They even looked at a couple of my sprinkler heads that weren't working properly and repaired them. Completely professional and friendly. Communication with Rodney was excellent. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rodney was competetive in his estimate. He was here when he said he'd be. He and his staff did a very professional installation. Am very pleased with the results. Rodney is also attentive to customer's questions and is knowledgeable.

Rodney was 1 of 3 Sod companies I called and the only one to show up to give an estimate. He was professional, affordable and honest. Because of the recent freeze in Orlando, installation was pushed back a few times. He kept me informed each time and tried to work around my schedule. The sod looks great (a little brown from the frost still) and his crew cleaned up after they were done. I was very pleased!

I never personally met this contractor but I can say he was honest, true to his word, and provided excellent service. All communication was done by phone and email as I live out of town from where the service was perfomed. The contractor contacted me, set up a time to visit the property, provided an estimate , and completed the work within a weeks time. .

I hired Osceola Sod 4 weeks ago and the sod is still not installed. Initially, I understood the reasons he cited for the delay in installation - but Rodney has not returned my last 3 phone calls, and I have no idea when the sod wil be installed. As of today I wil start looking for a new vendor.

I had a good experience with Osceola Sod & Irrigation Service, Inc. So far my new grass is developing beatifully. I can recommend them.

Work was very well done and the people who did it were very thoughtful while working at your home. We had issues with a lot of rain delaying us for 10days and they stayed in contact with us let us know what was going on. over all great job and good people.

Good job performed, service after installation was good also! The service was performed very quickly. They came and took up all the old grass in one day and then came back and put all new grass down a couple of days later!

Price was good, quality of sod was average, took a while for the job to get finished. Quality of work was on par with price.

They are excellent and I would recommend them.
