On Saturday they came out and checked my freezer, and it supposedly needed a thermostat. They said they had a problem with the distributor. I talked to them on Friday and the part was supposed to be in, but it wasn't. The girl was supposed to call me when it was in, and she hasn't called me. I called them today and she said she hadn't checked to see if it had come in yet. I want to talk to the owner and see if he can find out what's going on, because it seems like I'm getting the run around from the office.
Description of Work: They came out to fix my freezer.

THE TECHNICIAN DID A GREAT JOB. HE ARRIVED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN 2 HOURS. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE.
Description of Work: OUR WASHING MACHINE STOPPED SPINNING AND THEY REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION SPINE ASSEMBLY IN ORDER TO REPAIR IT.

OSCEOLA REFRIGERATION WAS VERY HONEST AND THOROUGH AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE APPLIANCE. WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE ESTIMATE GIVEN TO US.
Description of Work: OSCEOLA REFRIGERATION DID A SERVICE ON OUR REFRIGERATOR AND FOUND THAT THE FREEZER HAD FROZEN UP AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
