Very professional company was about a half hour late but they called me to said they would be had the owner of the company install the fans with the helper installed off I fans in 3 hours and they work beautifully balanced correctly would hire again

Job was professionally done. Ryan is a very good electrician. However, technician avoided pricing to include Navin when asked for estimate. I should have demanded an estimate. Here is a breakdown of charges for (2) hours of work performed: 1. Service call - Trip+Labor - Lead tech & Assistant $149.00 (Unit 1) 2. Additional Labor hr. Lead Tech & Assistant $250.00 (Unit 2 $125x2) 3. Parts Used $75.00 Total = $474.00 Again , (2) hours of work performed for $474.00, and because of knowing I have been overcharged I will not use again.
Description of Work: New switch installation to control Chandelier. Chandelier was already installed, but wanted fixture to be on its own switch.

Description of Work: They replace all the old wire on my house, change electrical pen, redo's all of my outlets, and replace everything outside the house.

I called this contractor on Monday morning and was told by receptionist that he was out and she would call me back in the later afternoon when she spoke with him. No call on Monday. Called again on Tuesday and got a voice mail, left a message that I was expecting a call from them. No call on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I called again and got the receptionist and she said she had not been there the day before and that her boss was out again and she would let me know when they could come to do an estimate after she spoke with her boss later today--got a call in the late afternoon that she still had not spoken with him and that she would call me tomorrow. We have moved on and found someone eager to have the job.

Thanks for the review. The member is correct about contacting us on Monday and leaving a message on Tuesday; however, on Wednesday an appointment was set with the customer for Friday, in the afternoon most likely around 4 pm. The customer was told that we would call Friday morning to confirm an exact time. When the technician called around noon on Friday when he was on his way over for the scheduled appointment, he was informed that the member went with another contractor. The member never called to cancel the appointment which was set on Wednesday for that Friday. We apologize that we were unable to schedule an appointment sooner to meet the member's need; however, we were never told that it was a time sensitive project or that Friday was too late, when the member agreed to the appointment.

Initially came by to review the work I wanted done. They showed up later that days and re discussed some options but didn't do any exploration behind the walls. I requested an estimate, know that without deeper inspection there might be surprises. They called the day before and arranged a time to arrive ( they actually showed up early). As they started the work and a couple issues came up, they provided clear explanation and alternatives. In one case, instead of cutting a temporary hole to allow them to pull the cable in the ceiling, they used the hole from a ceiling fan even though it made things a bit harder for them. Where there were issue regarding fire safety, they showed me what was needed to keep things safe and let me know what was allowable, what was not, and what my alternatives were. They worked quickly and mounted the TV where I needed it (luckily the wall studs were in the right place to make it easier) and at a height that work well for me (I had already bought a mount that I liked). They cleaned up any mess they made (covering furnature as needed) and even fixed a couple small issues with wall switches. The guys were great, they stayed on estimate, and I learned a number of things about my home and safety regulations!
Description of Work: Had a cable tv coaxial cable added to a room and a TV mounted to the wall in the living room.

I have absolutely no and quot;don'tsand quot; for this service provider. They were here on time, actually 15 minutes early they were out front getting prepared. They were very thorough and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure they did what I wanted, in the order and manner I wanted it done. If there was a problem of any kind they gave me options on how to resolve it, and they never tried to and quot;upselland quot; me on anything. I seriously recommend them completely to anyone needing electrical work done.
Description of Work: I had 5 ceiling fans installed, with 5 light kits, and 5 special switches. I also had 4 bathroom fan timer switches installed, 9 dimmer switches throughout the house, and 1 front porch light installed.
