After months of planning, the crew showed up an hour early. One wouldn't think showing up early was a big deal, but when you're trying to get 3 kids, numerous pets, and all consumable contents out of the house, it is. I had a text message confirming the correct time, but the fume crew was quite rude about it. Massey subcontracts this work and they showed up an hour later that the crew (they just stand around in their Massey shirts while the real work is done by the other company). They did not tell me the crew would require a hose with water and my irrigation system blew two holes the day before the fumigation. There was a lot of scuttle, it was very stressful for my family, and some of the guys on the crew were less than professional. This is an expensive service, and all in all, I felt like Massey was just trying to make a buck. No one seemed to know what was going on. The only person who was professional and helpful was the woman who did the initial consult, Lynda. She came into my home and actually examined it for termite damage, their droppings, and wings. She drew out a plan and made sure the numbers were correct before giving an estimate. I had other companies who didn't look at anything before giving an estimate.

Service went well. No sign of termites.

Before, picking Massey, I listened from 3 to 4 different professional termite treatment companies which dealt with chemical and/or bait type of treatment. Massey was the only company that dealt with both type of treatments. The service was good in the presentation, pretreatment. They were friendly and professional and discussed both types of treatment, chemical and bait. I picked the chemical as I had been covered by the bait type for at least the last 15 years and felt that alternation would be best.

If I see a big they will come out which I appreciate. I have been happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Massey Services Inc. is great. I pay a yearly fee for $600 for the outside pest control. My grass is green. They take care of the bugs in the trees and bushes. They did a good job. I've been using them for two years and I will renew for the next year. When I called, they come. They come every single time to take care of everything.

I like the fact that they use treatments that will not harm my pets outside and rarely do they have to come inside.

They answer the phone immediately, and come out as soon as possible. They seem to use the right products, when you tell them what is wrong. Their follow up is good. The people they send out are friendly and honest.

They do our termite work but we don't have like a regular service where they come in and do for ants and bugs. At that time they were one of the few people that did termidor which is a type of termite proofing. Termidor is one that they guarantee for a longer period of time. In Florida we really need to get our house and the ground around our house almost retreated every five years. Here I pay annually for an annual inspection for them to come out and spot check. They give good service and they also call to remind us automatically that it's time for our inspection.
