The install when great. The installed was on time, professional and knew what he was very knowledgable. I would recommend Lowe's not only for their appliance pricing but their installation process.

The installers arrived on time and started removing old carpet and pad. They replaced tack strip and metal strips around bathroom tile. Was done early and cleaned up plus vacuuming carpet.

The installers came at 9:50am and finished by 2:10 pm. I had asked for it to be done in the morning because I work after 3:00 pm. The carpet installers Alex and Dusty were very professional and did a great job. The carpet was Mohawk.

We received an estimate for the jobs. The service personnel arrived promptly and provided excellent quality work. We had two Kohler toilets installed and all trash was removed and the area left in perfect condition. On the window job, the windows were installed very efficiently, and they quickly pointed out that one window had been damaged in shipment, and they came back to install that one when it had arrived. In each case, they followed through to be sure we were satisfied with the work.

The price was about average. They seem to be friendly. They are all about the same regarding quality.

had just purchased home and countertop was less than desirable for someone who likes to cook and bake all the time. Salesman was very knowledgable about different countertop materials. had done a lot of research and had decided granite was the only choice. Salesman said if you like to cook granite is the only material that will make you really happy. when I balked at the price he said he had 3 patterns on special for less than half the price. I selected one of those and have been very happy with it.

They did a great job. They did arrived on time. They were very friendly and kind and were very easy to work with. They did a great job about cleaning up after themselves. They did everything in one day and did a great job.

I have been getting quotes on replacing the sliding patio doors for almost a month. Pricing ranged from 10K to 6K before I visited Lowes and got their quote. They quoted Jeld-Wen doors with their private label. They were the lowest price at $4479 that included installation. The customer service person spent a lot of time explaining different types of glass. I placed the order with them. They scheduled the installer to measure the openings. The installer they used was an old time carpenter, I could tell he had a lot of experience installing doors. Lowes telephoned me many times to tell me that a) the doors were ordered, b) permits were arranged, c) when the doors arrived, d) when the doors would be delivered, and e) when they could install them. The installer called himself also to inform us of his schedule and to work around ours. He had the doors installed in one day, next day finished with trim, and re-hanging our window treatments. They did an excellent job.

Liked the product line, but incredible how they screwed up and didn't care about delivery. Great to sell, but makes you wonder what would happen if there was a problem. A manager who never answered the page when I was on the phone to speak to me to work out delivery took over 5 minutes (literally) and several pages by the cashier for an override to void the transaction, just looked up and asked why (I was cancelling)? I told him if you answered a page you would know and might have kept a sale. His reply- a shrug of the shoulders and walked away. Note - A second manager never answered a page either.

I DON'T HAVE A BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THEY DID THE WORK QUICKLY, AND THEY CLEANED UP. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

OVERALL I LIKED THE LINE OF PRODUCTS THEY CARRY, BUT I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO SHOP IN THEIR STORE ON ACCOUNT OF A LACK OF KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE. SO THEY HAVE A LOT MORE STOCK THAN MOST PEOPLE, BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. THE QUALITY OF WORK

IT WAS GOOD. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE IN RETURNING OUR CALLS, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. THE APPEARANCE OF THE WOOD IS GREAT. I LOVE THE OVERALL PRODUCT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS, AND IT ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS FOR THE JOB.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A B. THE WORK WAS FINE. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WHEN THE WORK WAS GOING TO BE DONE. SOMEONE TOLD ME SOMETHING, AND SOMEONE TOLD ME ANOTHER THING.

The gentlemen who did the work was professional, worked very diligently and had no problems at all with the installation of my doors. He would be a pleasure to have back in my home. I will without a doubt call upon this company again for any household needs.

Professional job from start to finish, included estimated amount of carpet needed for 4 bedrooms, neat and clean !Removed old carpet and pad, haul away the above, install new pad and carpet.

THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THE DOOR WAS ORIGINALLY ORDERED IN JUNE. IT CAME IN AUGUST WITH A CRACKED WINDOW. IT WAS REORDERED AND CAME DENTED THIS TIME. IT WAS RE-ORDERED A THIRD TIME, AND THE STORE CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHOUT CALLING US. THEIR REASON WAS THAT ALL THE DOORS ARE DAMAGED. AFTER CONTACTING A MANAGER, ANOTHER SET OF DOORS CAME IN WITH NO DAMAGE.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WENT WELL. THE ORDER CAME IN ON TIME AND CORRECTLY. LOWES EVEN ASSISTED US AFTER OUR CONTRACTOR LOST A CRITICAL SECTION OF THE PLUMBING.

THE LOWES WORKER TOOK HIS TIME AND SEEMED LAZY. HE TOLD ME THAT I SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY ON THE CHANDELIER.
