The crew showed up on time and went right to work, they listened and provided great feedback when I explained what I was looking for with my move-in ready cleaning request. They were friendly and knowledgeable while explaining their services. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired Lisa Dean Cleaning for a deep clean of my home prior to putting the home on the market for sale. The 2 ladies spent over 4 hours cleaning and their job was better than I expected. They were very friendly and professional. They asked questions throughout the cleaning and asked me to inspect everything prior to their leaving. Two ladies came to the house. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. We have a large home and took about two hours. We have scheduled reoccurring appointments for our house cleaning every two weeks.

Every other week, we were sent a different person to clean the house. They all did a great job. The problem was trying to reach Lisa: left messages which weren't returned, mailbox was full and couldn't leave message, husband answered phone once with Lisa right there, instead of passing the phone to her, he asked her and then he answered my questions, Customer service was not professional. The few times I was able to get a hold of Lisa she seemed very nice. But most of the time I couldn't get a hold of her which was frustrating. She got the schedules mixed up and left me waiting for someone to come clean and no one showed up (this happened twice). Finally I just gave up and am hiring someone else. Sharon G.

The pro arrived on time and once I showed him what I wanted done, he started right away. However, when I reviewed the finished job, he had skipped some areas. Also another part of the job was not done, cleaning the screens on the porch, which he said he couldn’t get them clean even though they were only about 1-2 years old.
