Lisa and her team were professional and conscientious! We had a post-construction project and the entire house needed cleaning from top to bottom. They were thorough and friendly, showed up on time and even stayed very late to complete the job. Would highly recommend Lisa Dean Cleaning!

Just not a good way to start on the first time cleaning. It was done on a Saturday and it was a sloppy job. The floors were worse when they left then before they came and I had to clean them. The interpretation of "deep clean" vice "clean" was extraordinary- meaning, they considered moving a coffee cup a "deep clean"- when wiping the kitchen counter. Showed them the one bedroom, and they didn't dust or vacuum. Only good news was that the owner did not demand payment- I just wanted them to leave. They sprayed the shower walls- never turned on the water; same with the kitchen sink. There's more, but, maybe this was just a bad day to ask for a cleaning. Who knows. I'll keep looking. All I have is a 1-bedroom apartment/house to clean. Sigh.

I was very disappointed that she was told she would get 2 workers for 4-5 hours for 175 dollars, the first worker was an hour late the second worker was 2 hours late. They both left early, not completing the job. They said they had another job they had to get to. Then she contacted Lisa and she asked me to not write a review until she handled it, she said her and the husband would come out to finish it. So we rescheduled, I live 6 hours away from where the job was done and I made the trip again. After I sat there for an hour, at 11 I called to see why they hadn't showed, Lisa says that she's had a very hectic morning and asked to reschedule. I would never use them again. They charged 250 dollars. They didn't even bring real cleaning supplies. There was dirt and cobwebs left over.

They did great!! So thorough and hard-working. They were also very reasonable in price! All around great experience! They are highly recommended!
