It was easy to schedule. She worked around my schedule. That made it easy to get the job done.

The window cleaning employee did a great job. Unfortunately he was sent to clean our windows and clean our house all by himself. Way too big of a job. About 5:00 p.m. a couple arrives to clean inside. They were very pleasant. I asked them to leave around 8:00 pm because they were so loud it was so late and they didn't finish. This was my first time with this company. I was very disappointed having someone here for all day 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

The crew arrived close to their quoted time. When I arrived home the bathrooms and floors were sparkling. But there was a couple of things that was supposed to be included in my deep clean that were overlooked....I texted Lisa with photos and she was immediately reactive and apologized and promised to send another crew back to finish the job. I was home when the 2nd crew arrived, they were extremely friendly and efficient and they quickly completed the job to my satisfaction. Because of the great customer service, I would use this company again, however I would request that the first crew not be sent back.

Lisa delightful to work with. Her crew of Noelle and James who did our move-out deep clean were thorough and worked hard and long hours. We felt the quote was too low so we added what we thought was fair and it was much appreciated. I would recommend her highly to all.

Amanda and Abigail were thoughtful and personable, did an excellent job and were so kind to my goofy dog.

Overall good service. Carpets are cleaner then before. Thank you. Staff did use various cleaners to get out stains.

Five across the board!

They worked very hard and did an excellent job on what was cleaned. The house had been a rental and was very dirty. I told them they did excellent job. After they left I took a second look at the house and realized they didn't clean the ceiling fans and fixtures. When I turned the ceiling fans back on dust/dirt went flying around. Also the 3 window shades in the front of the house weren't cleaned. All of the others were cleaned. Those were my biggest concerns. Employees were very polite and worked hard for at least 6 hrs. Despite my findings, I would use this company again.

i highly recommend this company. They do a great job and are very careful to make sure you are happy with the work they are doing. Mackenzie and Derek did my job and I would definitely have them to do my next job.

Never showed for my first appointment. Second appointment they showed up at the wrong time. Lisa and I had an agreement that she would call after the cleaning lady was finished for payment. The cleaning lady refused to leave the house until she was paid. She sat in the driveway for twenty minutes. We agreed on deep cleaning to include laundry, changing sheets and cleaning the sliding glass doors. She cleaned the house but did not do laundry, change the sheets or clean the glass doors. I would not recommend Lisa’s cleaning services!

Two were here for deep cleaning. House was vacant for 6 months so in need of cleaning before moving in. They were here for 4 hours. Worth every penney. Carpet cleaner came later in the day. Carpet was 20 years old , so not much could be done. It picked up a lot of dirt and grime.

I paid $150 for a top to bottom house cleaning, including windows, blinds, baseboards etc. They sent only one person for the job and even when I told her she didn't have to clean two of my rooms in my very small house, she did no windows, baseboards, blinds or window sills. I basically got a swift cleaning of my 1 &1/2 bath, 1 bedroom and a living/dining area: mopping, dusting for $150.00 Extremely disappointing. Will not hire them again.

Mike and Lisa are excellent at what they do - which is clean as advertised. Hard working, friendly, and fair in costs. We'll hire them again.

I was contacted to update their arrival time (very helpful). I was very pleased with the quality of their work and I expect to use them again.

I have recommended this company to several neighbors for Window Cleaning.
