Great experience!!! Glad I made the decision to go with this cleaning service. She did a great job! Thorough and paid attention to detail. Did not need to ask twice for something to be done. I would strongly recommend Lisa Dean Cleaning Services!!

They couple that arrived were very nice, friendly. Worked hard, despite my 3 year old wanting to “help”!

Very cooperative ownership. Different set of workers each time, and both set did a nice job. Both sets were personable and cooperative enough. Only problems is they come pretty good distance to my residence, which has made it little difficult to be exactly on time. Mike and Lisa have assured me getting same crew and closer to agreed starting time will improve. As I have stated they are efficient and cooperative business professionals that are constantly working on improving their service.

After a few days I noticed things I did not noticed at first. I contracted to have kitchen cabinets and floors cleaned. I had mentioned from the start their edges of the flooring really needed attention as well as the edging on the cabinet doors. After a day or so I started to notice the areas I told the cleaners were a problem were not much better than before they started. I would recommend this company for "light" cleaning but I won't hire again for the services I need.

Crew didn't arrive on time but once here a fine job and worked hard. Excellent value

The carpet SMELLED better after the service. The residual moisture was very high and the dirty stained area's were still obvious after the service. The gentleman that completed the service was very nice. The female was on her phone, talking very loudly.

The move out clean was exceptional! The move in clean - into my new, non-furnished home was a terrible experience. The cleaning team was done in an hour (after telling me they'd be there for several). Needless to say, I had to call them back 3 times and the house still was not clean (there was dust and debris in corners, dust on blinds, the floor was only vacuumed). Lisa, the owner was responsive and came out to look at the job. She did send them back, but ultimately after the 3rd visit, I gave up. If the move-in clean was as exceptional as the move-out clean I'd give her 5 stars without hesitation.

Excellent customer service. Quality Cleaning at a reasonable cost. The cleaner provides all supplies and machines so its a time and cost saver for the homeowner.

The father and son showed up on time and did a good job of cleaning the interior of my RV.

Lisa called me personally to confirm time, let me know they do have a Military/Veteran discount, and explained what exactly they would clean. The cleaning team approved on time, introduced themselves, did a walk through with me, and explained the equipment/process they would be using. I was impressed how Lisa Dean Cleaning was able to fill my last minute request to have the carpets cleaned.

Tabitha and Mike were my cleaners and they were wonderful. They got every nuck and cranny in my house. I was doing a move out cleaning and I was very satisfied with the job they did. They were pleasant and thorough and truly appreciate the work they did. They deserved all five stars.

The cleaner was pleasant, energetic, and excellent! Kudos to both the service for having hired Karen...and to Karen personally for the fine job she did on our home!

Lisa and her crew were great in cleaning our post construction project. I plan to hire them to provide weekly cleanings. Would highly recommend them.

Lisa and Mike are just absolutely fantastic people. Carpets came out way better than expected. You'll be sorry if you hire anyone else.

The only problem was the company wouldn’t move the furniture to clean all around the room. Me and my wife moved the furniture, which was hard on a senior. Cleaning was best so far in my he Villages.

Did a great job and showed up when they said they wood.

The work they did was good but the job was incomplete. There was no mention that the cabinets were not complete. I had to complete the cleaning before l could put dishes away. The cleaners were pleasant but should have mention what work was not complete, we would have paid for more time. Nancy M.
