This a young mother with her teenage daughters. They were quiet, and efficient. Unfortunately we had a couple of mishaps which ended in breaking a couple of items. One was an antique, both were not salvageable.

When I submitted a request to be contacted, Lisa herself called me in literally 5 minutes. I told her that I wanted a deep cleaning for my home as I was preparing to place it up for sale. I told her the size of my home and then she ran down the list of all the things the cleaners would do as part of the deep clean. She then asked what day did I want and we were able to get an appointment on that day. The couple who arrived to clean my home were a husband and wife team named Noel and James. They were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Noel cleaned my two bathrooms and she did an amazing job. I had hard water stains in my showers and toilets, now they are gone!! My shower looks amazing!! She cleaned the grout and caulking and restored it all to looking new. James was just as awesome. He very methodically cleaned all of the other rooms he dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the windows, ceiling fans and everything. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely use this company in the future

I do not recommend this service to anyone. Although Ms. Dean's employees are pleasant and her husband as well, she is not. I spoke on the phone with her husband, discussing what I expected in a deep clean of a 2 BR, 2 bath home. He relayed everything to her while on the phone and I was quoted $165.00 for appx. 4 hours of work. Instead I was charged $200.00 for less than 2 hours. Now Lisa, how does that make sense or good business practice? They did not clean everything and, when I pointed out what was left undone, they said they could do it but it would make them late for another job. I was so irritated that Ms. Dean was overcharging me and obviously so over scheduled that I just told them to go ahead and leave. I will not be using them again. 2 thumbs down.

Work was great but I cannot afford them.

The cleaners were very quiet and did what was asked but needed a lot of prompting when things were missed or not done properly. They were willing to do anything that was pointed out but I would prefer that the things they did were done correctly the first time. They seemed very shy and very uncertain and so it may have been that they are new and I had to keep reiterating to be comfortable to move something to clean it properly or ask and we can move it. For example, they weren’t cleaning behind the night stand until I pointed out and moved it and she cleaned the floor in my office but didn’t clean the plastic floor protector or move it to clean under the chair so the floors still appeared dirty even after she swept the floor. It added to their time to keep asking them to clean what was missed or not done properly. We ended up buying them lunch because we felt bad they were there so long and I thought it would have been 3.5 hours but was much longer. I prefer if hiring professional cleaners that they are able to be more proactive and self directed. Lisa was very friendly when I made the original call and perhaps these two were just newer and they have more seasoned cleaners on staff. They were very polite and really willing just slightly inexperienced or maybe just different standards of definition of clean.

Doesn't show up when scheduled. Not flexible scheduling. Cleaners did a good job initially but quality declined slowly over time.

Selected this professional for a carpet cleaning project. At first I was quoted $115 and when arrived to the site, I was informed that there was an error on the quote that the new price was $150. I selected them based on the price and let go other with lower price. The cleaning was average for the price.

We found this company on Home Advisor and hired them as they are highly rated and they are able to come out on weekends. Tabitha came to our home to do a deep clean service and she did a fantastic job. She was on time, professional, and everything was cleaned to our liking. Our floors and baseboards looked great and the floor cleaner that she uses smells wonderful. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them in the future. Thanks Tabitha!

Had the 2nd cleaning scheduled and no one showed up. Called Lisa Dean Service and while I was speaking to the husband the wife was yelling in the background. They were blaming their employee for not calling. May or may not have been a misunderstanding between employee and employer, but the customer should NEVER be involved. No apology, just the wife yelling in the background. I HAVE NEVER HIRED WORK FROM SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. The cleaning was good but not worth such a "nasty" company. It's been almost 2 days and I still can not believe how rude they were to me on the phone AND I was calling to find out why they weren't there. It was unbelievable. I would have at least expected an I'm so sorry, we thought "the girl who was cleaning" called you - we are so sorry we didn't follow up. Our mistake, we'll try to make sure that never happens again. I would have be fine - but NO - basically they dumped it on their employee AND then tried to make it my fault because we liked the first girl who cleaned so we wanted her back. Bad - Bad - BAD customer service. I would NOT recommend anyone work for them or have them do work.

The staff was efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning my house. Even when the electricity was out due to repairs. I will be scheduling another cleaning soon.

The two employees that cleaned my home where very attentive to my cleaning requirements and they did an awesome job!

They were very flexible with my schedule changes, but arrived an hour late. Overall my parent were happy with the results, but I think in the future I would prefer a quote to ensure I am aware upfront od concerns.

Great service! I was doubtful the wine on my carpet would come out but it did! They did a great job! Highly recommend!
