They did an excellent job and went beyond what I was expecting.

The 3 person crew arrived promptly. They came completely equipped. The gentleman dusted the paddle fans, blinds, furniture, cleaned the windows, mopped the floors and vacuumed the Florida Room. On gal "attacked" the kitchen and wiped down the countertops, appliances, inside the microwave and mopped the floor. The third lady cleaned both baths spotless! I highly recommend them and plan to hire them on a recurring basis. Lisa and her husband are great communicators and the price was right too!

Excellent response and fast delivery when the urgency of the situation was explained. Were attentive and complete in the delivery of service. And Lisa and her husband were very nice people.

Lisa is from Clermont, Fl and I live in Melbourne, Fl. I think it was difficult for her to get her team down hear. When they did arrive, they were excellent. I would schedule and not hear a word sometimes; I blame that on distance. But, if she couldn’t fulfill her duties, then she shouldn’t have contacted me. All & all, I’m sure it’s a great company!

I hired what I was told would be a cleaning crew. I got a cleaning person who showed up without a vacuum cleaner. So a job that should have taken a team a couple hours took much much longer than it should have add the fact she had to go buy a vacuum compounded the excessive amount of time the cleaning took. I spoke with the owners and let them know that I felt ripped off. They offered a discounted cleaning after I moved in. No thank you I replied, I feel ripped off send me a small refund check and we would be good. That was 8 weeks ago. No check.
