They did a good job but did not remove the soap scum from the master bath shower which was pointed out to them.

The cleaning team was over 4 hours late! The owner strung me along all day, telling me they will be there soon and they are running a little late. I was originally scheduled for 10 am, but was asked if it would be okay if they came at 1 pm. They missed the 1 pm appointment and was told they would be there by 2:30 pm. When they still were not here by 3 pm, I was told, that they were on their way they will be at my home in 45 minutes, but they didn't show up until 5:15 pm! Totally unacceptable! I waited an entire day for them to show up! The owner had several excuses throughout the day (weather, traffic, personal loss). It is totally unprofessional to string a client along. If you take on a client, it is your responsibility to fulfill your commitment. If you have personal issues, then don't take on clients. The cleaning was just ok, they did not clean the surface of the kitchen sink nor did they clean the master toilet bowl. When they dusted the ceiling fans, they did not clean up the big dust balls that landed on the bed.

I was very satisfied with the one who came and have scheduled her again.

it was fantastic, the house looked like new, when they where done with it. My wife and I where very happy with the results and attention to detail.

This is for tile work. Tile was cleaned but at the cost of destroying her stainless still appliances.

Surprised there were two males cleaning the house.

Late. 2 guys, 1 1/2 hours, 90 bucks. Didn't even clean the master shower. Will never hire them again.

I had an unusual request that they agreed to do. Carlos was very accommodating and did very well with the equipment he had. I am not completely satisfied however. But I would use their services for other cleaning jobs that they specialize in.

I REQUESTED WALLS, FLOORS AND WINDOWS WASHED DOWN A 1200 SQ FT HOUSE...GOT AN ESTIMATE OF $300 AND THOUGHT THAT WAS OK..NEEDED THE SMOKE SMELL GONE BECAUSE I GOT DIAGNOSED WITH COPD. WHEN THEY CAME THERE WERE TWO LADIES WHO DID CLEAN BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN, DUSTED AND MOPPED FLOORS AND LEFT THEM STREAKY..ALL I REALLY WANTED WERE WALLS CLEANED, BUT THEY WANTED MORE MONEY AND MORE MONEY....I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE IS ALL I CAN FIGURE.

They did a GREAT JOB! Friendly, professional, and did an AMAZING job. Because of that, instead of a one time event, I have become a once a month regular client.
