Because of poor communication, the workers did the opposite of what I requested. Then they tried to raise the price after the job was done. Would like to speak to owner to elaborate.

Cleaning service arrived 3 hours late (They did call?) the charge seemed high at $75 for an 8 x 10 area rug and not very good cleaning even though he did some areas twice. Overall disappointed!

We hired Lisa Dean Cleaning Services to do a deep clean of our new Tampa home prior to moving in. I shared the size of the house and expectations over the phone when I hired them. Only one cleaning woman was sent and it took 8.5 hours. Things were missed and not done well. The blinds were still filthy, several kitchen cabinets and fans missed, the shower filled with soap residue and a very poor mop job. A 2200 sq foot house is far too large for one person to do a quality deep clean. The cleaning lady was very nice but again, the space too large for a single person to do a quality deep clean. The cleaning service sent the same cleaner back the next day to fix what she missed. After nearly flooding the master bath, we asked her to leave and finished the cleaning of our new home on our own. I do not recommend Lisa Dean Cleaning.

This is an A+ cleaning company! Do not hesitate to hire them. Great communication. Cleaning to perfection. Let Lisa (owner) and Carlos do their magic on your cleaning issues! I more than highly recommend them!
