I was frustrated that I couldnt get a hold of the provider through their website/email/phone/txt over a few weeks. I had once met the Mr. Kelly on his property (note it is no longer open to the public) and then saw him with his large equipment removing a tree a few houses down and did a very professional job. I would have liked to at least hear a message that they were closed for a time or if my job was too small/busy or anything. I was looking for smoothing my lumpy yard with garden soil, installing a drip irrigation system for my fruit trees, sod cutting to lay anti-dig fencing beneath to dogproof the new fence. I contacted them before and again after the fence went up. If you find Mr. Kelly and his team responsive great, I wish I had, I had to use a less experienced provider further away to get soil delivered at increased delivery fee, I skipped the drip irrigationall together so far. My yard is secure for the dogs now but yard is still a little lumpy, laid new sod atop instead of sod cutting. I recall he does work for homeowners and landscape maintenence for larger places.

They were great. I had called them and actually got somebody on the other line. When I spoke to him he was very nice and came out the same day. He gave me a quote, but I decided to wait a couple of days to get a call back from the other people. Nobody ever called me back from the other companies and so I called him the second or third day. He was literally out there the very next day and they were wonderful. They were here early and stayed until the job was done. They were very good and cleaned up nicely. They gave me a great price and it was fair. I had originally called them out to quote me on the hedge and they added in the tree for a really good price. The young guy was nice. I think he could have been a bit more friendly over the phone when I first spoke to him, but when I met him in person he was very nice. I would absolutely use them again, but I don't have any more trees that need an intensive trimming. I was very happy.

Kelly Outdoor provided us with a written quote prior to starting the project listing that they would install 2800 square feet of zoysia sod. When they actually installed the sod, it turned out to be 3600 square feet instead. The owner required us to pay the difference, even though we had repeately asked him to remeasure our property prior to installing the sod.
