 + -1 moreDarin, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, put up with some stupid questions, and patiently figured out what happened to some of the hardware. We were happy to have a company that was reasonable in price, on time (and nearby so that a house call could be made).
Description of Work: After taking a power surge our computer started to run irractically. The problem exhibited some 'creative'' symptoms and other computer experts used could not figure the problem out. Advise to get a new computer.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED BECAUSE I FELT LIKE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US AND DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY WERE EXPECTED.
Description of Work: IT WAS A VIRUS, AND IT INFECTED AREAS ON THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE ABLE TO CLEAN THAT OUT AND PROGRAM THE SOFTWARE TO KEEP THAT FROM HAPPENING.
