Did great job at a reasonable price (2500 sqft home) and showed up on time. Only took 2 1/2 days to complete the job. Work looks fantastic and he didnt charge a penny extra to do walkways and patio for me ( I had to supply the paint for patio ), even power washed my shed as a bonus. One small area needed a touch up near the soffit line, he came back 3 days later and repainted not only the small are but the entire wall 40' long top to bottom. He didnt ask for the balance of the payment until I inspected the job and was satisfied. He even left touch up paint in case it was needed with all the information on the can in case I need more. He used a good 25yr paint from Sherwin Williams not a cheap Lowes or Home Depot brand. What was done: Power washed the home, calked all cracks and blocks on columns and repaired rusted areas on window sills, applied 2 coats of sealer, then applied 2 coats of paint. He was very meticulous in trimming the columns at front door and around windows throughout. House was done in three colors, Main ,trim and accent.

Gil has painted numerous houses in our neighborhood and painted my Mother's house a few years ago. When it came time to repaint my home his was the first name I thought of. After contacting him he came right over to give me an estimate on the job and discuss every aspect of what he would do. We contracted Gil to paint our house and his work was outstanding. He started the following week and was extremely thorough and all of his employees were friendly and professional. He took the time to do the job right from start to finish. First pressure washing the house (including driveway, sidewalk and patio), then allowing it to dry thoroughly before patching all the cracks in the stucco and caulking the exterior of all the windows. After the thorough preparations the house was painted and the job exceeded my expectations. Gil is professional and a pleasure to do business with. He takes the time to do the job right.
