+ -1 more1. The villa was VERY dirty when we arrived, and my wife and I spent a full week cleaning it. Then the local property manager made some repairs, furnished new bedding and linens and steam-cleaned the carpet -- after which the villa was perfectly okay. 2. We left the villa on March 15, 2015 "clean as a whistle". 3. When we checked out, it came to light that Ms. Alejandro overcharged us by $247. 4. I subsequently emailed and phoned Ms. Alejandro numerous times, asking her to refund the overcharge and to return our security deposit -- a total of $447. 5. On April 29, 2015, Ms. Alejandro emailed me that, "Your check has been applied and processed. You should receive your payment in the mail within 7-10 days." 6. Today is June 1, 2015, and I have not received Ms. Alejandro's check. 7. I am going to file a formal complaint against Ms. Alejandro with the appropriate Florida authorities, as I told Ms. Alejandro on May 19, 2015 I would if I did not receive her check by May 28, 2015.
Description of Work: Brokered the rental of a villa in Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, Florida, from January 15 - March 15, 2015.
