+ -1 moreThey're excellent! He came and fixed it immediately and came back a few days later when it went out again. He found that there was a part needed, but he didn't charge me for it since he had to come back out. He is thorough about explaining what he's doing and how to prevent further issues. He and his partner are also just very nice people. I would not choose any one else to work on my heat and AC.

+ -1 moreFirst Air came out on a Saturday to finish what the other company failed to finish at a lower price as well as clean the system and provide advice to help me take care of my system myself to save me money in the future.
Description of Work: I called First Air to clean/purge my drain line as the system was filling up and triggering the float switch to turn off the A/C. This was the second call to an A/C company since the first one resulting in price gouging and incomplete service.
