FAIL - No work was done. They collected their money and left, promising to return to complete repairs after parts came in. They never returned.

Terrible! We were forced to use them through our warranty company, American Home Shield, even after they did a poor job on another repair. They came out the next day after the order but then said we needed a part to finish the job. They said it would take 5-7 days to be fixed. After a week and a half we called to see if the part was in. They told us it was in one of their boxes and would call us back. They never called back and refused to answer our calls when we called them. AHS said the part was never ordered until the day we called to see if it had arrived. AHS had to put in a second order for our repair to get them to call us. When they did, thinking it was a new job, they backtracked and said they would call us when it came in. They didn't use overnight shipping of course A week later they still hadn't called us, when we finally got in touch with them they said the part arrived 3 days earlier. They said they couldn't come to our area for another week to install the part. So, almost a month after originally contacting them for service our washing machine was repaired.
