Description of Work: I went to DC to reupholster 4 foam sofa cushions. Mr. Carl set a price and reviewed fabrics based on a swatch I had. He qouted prices from the many books he had & suggested that I compare them to online fabric I reviewed. I purchased the fabric online (it was cheaper) and within 1 week all 4 cushions were completed to much of my satisfaction. He is very professional as well as helpful in decision making. I will defintely be using his services again.

 + -1 moreThe price, work quality, and professionalism at this company was superb. And I was delighted with how fast they responded and had the work completed. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Several years ago I went to considerable expense to have 2 cornices custom-made for my living room. One of them goes above my sliding glass door in back and is 12 feet wide the other one goes over the side window and is 6 feet wide. When we recently decided to update our living room, the fabric no longer matched our color scheme and we needed to have them re-upholstered. When I started checking costs to have this done I found out the expense was beyond my means. Then I found D&C Upholstery on Angie's List and voila!!! problem solved. They came and picked up the old one's within 1 week of my call, finished the work and has them reinstalled them within 3 days. Now I have beautiful new cornices that cost me about a third of any quote I received from other companies.

 + -1 moreThey re-upholstered an ottoman for me. Basically I brought in and I had the fabric I wanted to use and they did the job for me. They did a good job. They were great. They were fairly close to my home and they were a small clean, family owned shop and they did the job within 48 hours. I dropped it off and I expected a week's wait but the service was really fast. They do furniture and car upholstery as well.
