Called in advance as requested for gate opening and dog round up. Arrived on time, located the equipment and began work. Asked questions as needed and and cleaned up all excess materials and even swept the path they walked thru the house. Leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. Both work men exhibited courteous and professional behavior at all times. This is not the first time for this Vendor. They are my 'go to' for all electrical work sine they supported the electrical scope of work on my new kitchen last year. I recommend them VERY highly.

This is one of the few contractors I have dealt with over the years that did a very outstanding job. They were able to schedule the work at a time that was convenient for us, and when they were very busy. They showed up on time, did everything we had arranged to have done, as well as a few things that we also needed doing. Of particular merit was when several problems arose, as in any installation, they were able to devise "fixes" on the spot so as to get the job done. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. We are very happy and will have them back in the future!

They came out when they said they were going to come out. We didn't have anyone do the work.

Navin was amazing to work with. He and his two man crew were prompt, professional, polite, and careful to make sure that their work areas were sufficiently protected and cleaned up thoroughly after they had completed their work. Navin was extremely helpful when selecting my lighting. For example, he took my calls on a Saturday when I had questions about the right ceiling fans and switch controls. Navin went the extra mile to make sure that my job was completed correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Navin and his crew for your lighting and electrical needs. As a matter of fact, I will be calling him in the near future to install under-mount LED lights in my kitchen, and outdoor landscape lighting in my yard.

We recently moved to FL. An outlet in the garage stopped working. We called Navin, owner of Custom Lighting and Design. He resolved the problem without any electrical intervention necessary. He didn't charge for the visit and even offered other suggestions for future projects. He is the best and we'll definitely call him again. Judy and Casey

The company was very responsive and on the day of service, they got to my house before I did! Throughout the whole installation, they were courteous and concerned over their tidiness, ensuring dust did not go everywhere. They kindly explained what they were doing, and even rewired my ceiling fan for me, free of charge, because I had messed it up when I originally put it in (I'll admit it). I would highly recommend.

This provider was very, very busy, so we waited a while to get on his schedule. Once we were on his schedule, he did show up and complete the work on time. We were comfortable having him and his assistant in our house. They were professional -- polite, tidy, cheerful, and trustworthy. We would use this provider again.

Company rep was prompt and on time. He worked efficiently and kept me informed of all the options as well as the pros and cons. Readily provided an estimate for phase 2. Mgr/Owner place prompt follow-up call to further answer questions that I posed.

Navin came over and did my repair. He was prompt, polite, professional, and personable. His rate was extremely reasonable. The obvious knowledge he had about what he was doing was very confidence inspiring. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Navin's crew arrived right on time. They work cleanly and efficiently, taking great care with your home & all work is done with perfection. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. They installed 4 electrical plugs in our two garages, installed two complicated sports fans in the ceilings of our two garages, and, at our request, reconfigured a special tiffany hanging duck lamp and hung in our breakfast nook to go perfectly with the colors and decor. As always, they were timely, courteous, and professional. We will use them exclusively for any electrical work that needs to be performed.

Navin and his crew have always been prompt, courteous, and very neat. When they leave, their work site is clean and looks like they were never there. Their fees are reasonable and well explained. They always give an estimate of costs, and stick t their estimate. If something unforeseen comes up, they explain, give options and recommendations before asking you how you would like it to be handled. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. They are true professionals whose work I trust.

Overall, it went well. They were referred to us by the lighting company that we purchased the product from. We were happy with their service, as we quickly learned we couldn't do the job ourselves.
