We had a whole house replumb done recently by Bernie, Leo, and Bryan. They did the job in one very long ,very hot day. The job passed the city inspection. I have other contractors now working on a kitchen remodel who said twice during their walk thru that it was a very good replumb job. The guys were very professional and patient about explaining exactly what they were going to do and cleaned up before leaving. The project lead was good about making sure they only stayed in the attic for short periods since it was 97 outside and hotter in the attic. We have used water all over the house both testing and daily use for about a week now with no problems.

We needed the assistance of a plumbing company due to a leak stain found in the ceiling of our 2-story house. Gabriel, the scheduler for Brodway Plumbing Company was professional, friendly, and honest he contact me to request a quote. Gabriel call me again politely and amicably to reschedule to an earlier time and I was able to accommodate the change. Gary, the service technician plumber was professional, lively, and thoughtful (he asked to remove his shoes on our carpet), honest, and, explanatory about the service rendered so that we could understand the work. Gary was organized, detailed, respected, and cared for our house fixtures while he did his job. Once the service was completed, there were no surprise fees and everything was spot on. I am genuinely satisfied with the company Brodway Plumbing and their Polished technicians and schedulers and would 100% recommend it to any family or friends.

After roofers knocked down the overhang or "eyebrow" above the sliding door to my patio, I needed an estimate--quickly--for what the repairs would cost. Bernie got back to me within an hour or two, and he acknowledged my e-mail with photos of the damage in less than 30 minutes. I greatly appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to provide an initial, free estimate to help me make informed decisions as I follow up with the roofing company.
