Description of Work: .I made the service appointment a week in advance. The window was 8am to 10 am. I received a call at 11 am. They were running late. They would work my service order later in the day. They said they would call me back and let me know when I would receive service Today. No one called my cell phone ( thats the number I requested a call back). About 1:30 some called my answering machine and wanted me to reschelude for a later date. This was my day off and I wasted a whole day on Brighthouse.

 + 0 moreI have been with Brighthouse for my Internet and Cable for a long time now. The customer service though has always been pleasant. The pricing has always been of higher price if you go for individual product. Unless you go for their combo product it doesn't make financial sense to use their internet service alone. Still they come the cheapest in Central Florida if you want a broadband connection alone without the combo these service providers give.

 + 0 moreI have had very good service from them. I don't have many choices here and I am willing to pay them their price. I have never had any outages or any problem with their service. I have been very happy with their responsiveness; they always manage to get here within the time they say they will be here. The last guy who came here stayed for a couple of hours to get the internet service fixed for us.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD BECAUSE WE GOT A RESPONSE WHEN WE NEEDED IT. WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE IT IN AND THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. I WAS FIGURING THE WORST (AND WHEN THEY SAID ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW POWER CORD I WAS VERY REALIZED). THE PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF.
