Description of Work: Manufactured and installed a security gate on the front entrance of our home. The install date was deferred at least 2 times. When the installation occurred it was improperly installed. They had to return and de-install and manufacturer a new gate and then reinstall about 2 months later. The new gate is fine and the vendor said he would fix it and he did.

Description of Work: Mr. Quito procured and layed tile on our Lania (approx. 450 sq. feet). He did everything we agreed apon and threw in some extras. He was on time with his estimate and stayed on the job until completed in about three days. He may have put in a bit more time in clean-up, but this was a minor distraction to the overall satisfaction we had to the job he did. The transformation of the looks of our Lania as a result of his efforst has resulted in many compliments.

+ 0 moreWe had some extra tile and he was able to replace the damaged pieces and made it look like new. He was very conscientious of our home and respectful of our property.
Description of Work: He replaced some tile that came up due to a malfunction in the original installation in 2004.
