Javier Arce worked diligently to find the source of problem with my refrigerator. He was able to diagnose that a part to engage the water filter in the refrigerator was broken and took the time to get the part and replace it. It was a tricky diagnosis and he was more than patient to find and solve the problem. Javier was prompt, polite a professional. The price for parts and labor were more than fair. He comes with my highest recommendation and I would use his services again.

What a thoroughly pleasant experience! Aside from the fact that Javier deserves a 10 for communication, he was prompt, pleasant, efficient and explained everything he did with my washer and dryer. He even showed me pictures of what he did. He was going to be late and texted me before he was due to arrive that he would be 30 minutes late. I would highly recommend Javier and Arce's Appliance Repair. No charge as Javier made it a courtesy visit.

Dealing with this company has been amazing. They are very timely and have exceptionally priced services without skipping out on quality. Not only have I been extremely happy with his work as a contractor but their ability to build professional relationships with homeowners make him a perfect option for your A/C and appliance needs. I would highly reccomend Arce's any day of the week!

He explained everything he was about to do before doing it. More important he explain the reason behind it. For me that was important because as a customer I want to understand why that happen and how to avoid it in the future.

I you tubed the issue, ordered parts and fixed it myself before they contacted me to set up an appointment so I cancelled the request.

Great. On time. Identified the problem. Got the part. All fixed.

At first everything was great. They answered the phone right away, however, and at the time I thought nothing of it...He asked that I text him a picture of the error code, and the model number. Which I complied, they then told me they would be out around 16:30-17:30 to take a look at the fridge and that it would be $60 for the diagnostic. Which was fine, I understood that. Once he showed up which was on the later side of that hour, He pulled out the fridge, did some testing with the board. Stated the board wasn't giving a high enough voltage and needed to be replaced. The charge for the part was $143.83 and then a flat fee for labor of $150 and the diagnostic fee of $60. He explained that there was a 1 year warranty for the part and labor. I agreed, he stated that his distributor should have the part in their warehouse, and that he would be back the next day to install it, but he would have to call them in the morning since it was after 5pm at this point. I paid a deposit of $150 to guarantee the service. He said that he couldn't make it until the afternoon the next day. Which, was not ideal, but we needed the fridge fixed so we agreed, I had to call out from work in order to be there for him to fix it. It wasn't until about 15:00 when we received a text message from him stating that they didn't have the part and that they had to order it. So as frustrated as I was, he stated that he would come the next day with the part (the board). OK. I asked if he could come earlier in the day, he ignored me and said that he could come between 16:45 and 17:45. I work evenings as does my husband, so I had to call out from work, again. (That is two times now) So we waited all day, finally got another text message from him around 17:00 saying that he was stuck in traffic and was running late. So we waited longer, he finally showed up after 18:00. They replaced the part. I paid them, and then they left, they didn't test anything or make sure it was working properly, they just left after they replaced the board. Later that evening after we got back from dinner, I walked to the fridge, because I was going to replace the water filter and such, and the same error message (ER RF) on the fridge face. So at this point I was very upset. We sent a message to Arce's at that time. There was no response in the morning, We finally got a response in the late morning/afternoon telling us that he couldn't come out until monday afternoon. As frustrated as we were, he was still the one we got the part through and said would fix the problem, so we waited. Luckily my husband was off on Monday. So he waited, as the afternoon came around he sent another message asking where he was and the return message much later was letting us know that he had to wait for the fan part to come in and that he could come the next day. Luckily, he was there promptly at 8 am, however, sent us a message shortly before hand saying that he needed us to clean out the fridge and freeze completely for him to work on it. Once he started working on the fridge he realized that the part was not the right part. When I was told that he had to go get a different part and that it would have to wait until the next day, and that he was going to charge me for the part and the labor involved I was angry. It was a waste of my time. I had lost two days worth of wages. Not to mention about $200+ worth of food that spoiled that we couldn't save. I ended up buying a mini fridge to try and save some items and to be able to store some food in my house (that I know was my choice, but was necessary if I wanted to try and save any food) I would never recommend this company. It felt like he knew as much about refrigerators as I did, and that he was googling for answers. I went as far to ask for my money back because the fridge still wasn't working, and he did NOT complete the work that he was supposed to. He did not fix the problem. I did not get any further response after I asked for my money back. Please do not use this company.

It was very pleasant. They were on time, & fixed it in no time at all! It was a little more money because of the part I needed to replace.

Very nice guys, seemed quite knowledgeable. But they could not repair washer for the $149. I should have gone with their Diagnostic only fee of $55.00 for the same result - a 9yr old Maytag not worth the cost of repairs so I feel like I overpaid and I think the fee should have been rebated but they would not. I don't feel the $149 coupon is clear enough on what they will and won't do for the fee paid. Go with the $diagnostic only and proceed from there.

Husband replaced water line on refrigerator twice and we called for professional after 3rd leak. They replaced the new plastic connector for a brass one. Repair person said replacing entire line was unnecessary and that husband did a good job. Saved us over $100. Very nice, police and efficient.

He is wonderful! He saved me a headache. he's very prompt, very professional. he ordered the part that was needed and communicated with me often to keep me updated. When the part arrived, he fixed the dishwasher immediately, and my tenant is very happy. I am so glad that I found someone so reliable and professional.

Javier arrived on time with his partner. He is pleasant and friendly. He immediately went to work to evaluate the problem with the washing machine. After a short period of time, he was able to determine that there was a broken washer lid switch. Javier showed me the switch and replaced the broken switch with a new one. He did this job in a short period of time. The washer now works fine. I then asked him if her could take a look at my dishwasher. It had been making a strange noise, which I described as a chirping sound. Javier took apart the dishwasher, cleaned out the pump, and found that a plastic fan attached to the motor was broken. After checking the internet, he found that the motor and fan parts are not sold separately. Javier went to our local Lowe's, purchased some specific high temperature glue and fixed the fan. This saved me a lot of money, rather than buying a whole new motor and fan unit, as the motor is working fine. Javier is an excellent technician, very nice person and good business professional.
