+ -1 moreEverything seemed good, professional. Never received quote for job. Called owner to discuss not receiving quote and service follow through. Owner claimed he sent me an email, he did not. Owner started fighting with me on the phone and said he should not be talking with me. I let him know we hired another company. Owner does not and cannot take feedback to provide better customer service to make their company better.
Description of Work: Provided post cards on most homeowners doors in community. Called, manager came out to house. Took pictures of landscaping, looked at irrigation leak. Quoted would receive price quote with-in 24 to 48 hours. Quoted they have the best customer service, so they may be a little bit more expensive than other companies. They are a new company. Also quoted he picked up odd jobs in area, taking people to the airport, etc.
