Description of Work: COMMITTED TO A LOT OF REPAIRS THAT ENDED UP DISAPPEARING ON US. WANTED TO GET PAID BEFORE FINISHING, AND REQUESTED AN ADVANCE, THE NEXT DAY "HIS SISTER HAD A HEART ATTACK", THEN DISAPPEARED ON US WITHOUT A PHONE CALL.
