My dryer and microwave still not fixed after 5 times of coming out to my house. It’s worse than when it started Unethical company, they keep trying to come back to collect money, their are not here for the customers interest only themselves. 3 months of trying to fix my dryer and still not fixed. They have came over 5 times and every time is 2 pieces that need repair then since the pieces have to be shipped you have to wait a week, then they came back still didn’t work then they have to order more pieces they did that about 5 times. And every time I had to wait for the pieces to arrive. And on top of that they will only reschedule you till the parts come in and when you do call you have to wait a week for availability. Why was all this not diagnosed on the first visit ? It was to keep collecting money for the visits. It’s been 3 months my dryer is still not fixed, they came today and right after leaving I called saying is still not working and they said I had to wait more days to get another tech out there when the one that was here didn’t even leave 5 min, if it’s unfixable just say that. I also had them pay to repair my microwave same issue they didn’t want to deal with it so they said it was because of grease and that’s not true. Over all they were 1 star experience there are more companies out there that value their customers more.

The repair man was nice and very experienced. Was on time and repaired quickly.

By Far one of the worst company's ever. They handle warranty claims from one of BIGGEST extended warranty companies Allstate! So Unfortunately if you have that warranty you have to use them if you live in the Tampa area. This company is out of Kissimmee. I made a claim on my new washer that I purchased less then 2 years ago. They sent out the WORST TECH I have ever seen. 1st he looked at the washer and it was a stackable and left. Told his office he can't do it without help. Came back helped Him remove the dryer off the washer. Then he only replaced 1 part when there was 2 for him to replace. After he left had to call him back because he did not put any screws back on my stackable units. 2 weeks later came back to put part in and Damaged my washer. My warranty company had to send us a check for the washer. Thanks All set appliances

The experience was very good, they did not waste time, he was quick.

Very Well. David was earlier than he estimated both visits and was actually waiting on me! He was in and out in no time and left his card in case I had any issues. It was warranty work, so I had no out of pocket expense, which is of course helpful, but I would use them again on my other appliances.

They had good service. They were very nice.

I have a Samsung refrigerator with two ice makers. I had trouble with the one on top/door dispensor after the refrigerator was a year old. It did not bother me as I had an ice cube maker in the bottom freezer which is easy access and easier to just dip the cup in and you're done. Not having an additional warranty, I was worried about the cost of getting it repaired. Fortunately for me, I found All Set on the internet and they lived up to their reviews! I left a message and they got back to me within a short period of time. I made an appointment, and Hector called within 30 minutes of arriving during the designated time ( between 9 & 12). He was very honest of what was wrong - provided an estimate of what it would cost to replace - if I ever decided to change my mind to get it replaced. The price he charges is a huge bonus !! I now have faith that if any of my appiances need to be fixed, Hector of All Set is the guy to call!
