We set up a date and time which worked for both of us. He arrived on time, re-keyed all four locks, made me 6 keys and was on his way in about an hour. .He was here about an hour. I was very pleased and would use him again.

I used an Angie's List company for a locksmith. It was excellent. He saved me a lot of money on that. He charged me $50 to come here and they charged me $10 to re-key it. He was lower-priced than anybody I've ever heard of. He was very personable and very professional. I felt very comfortable with him. I enjoyed talking to him. Being a woman living alone, I am always a little nervous about letting someone into my home. I thought he was somebody I could be friends with. He was that nice. When he says affordable, it's definitely affordable. He doesn't do anything that I don't need. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Called early morning to get info on re-keying my house. He conveniently had an opening about an hour after I called and was there within the hour. He was professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I would use them again.

He came on time and immediately got to work. He put steel in the tracks on both sides of the door after he cut a place through the steel so the bolt on the lock could pass through it and secured everything with 3" steel screws. Once that was completed, he repaired the lock that was installed improperly. He was professional in every way, including answering every question I asked. I would certainly use them again when I need them.

Wayne was very pleasant, prompt and did a great job with very reasonable pricing. He drilled the holes necessary to install the deadbolt, and re-keyed all the locks in the house. He was very clean and neat and I didn't even know that he performed any work because he cleaned up very well. Besides the work he did, he gave me some extra keys at no charge. I found Wayne through a Google search and seeing he had two excellent reviews I decided to give him a call. I live 900 miles from my son in Orlando and since I distracted him in his hurry to get to work, causing him to lock his keys in his car, I told him to go on to work and I would find someone who I felt I could trust to help. Boy, did I find the right guy! I called Wayne, explained the situation, paid by credit card, gave him my son's cell number and a half hour later the keys were in my son's hands -- on a Sunday no less! Service like this is hard to find these days and Wayne is to be applauded for fast, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful service!
