Affordable Lock & Key is a fully mobile locksmith service for emergency auto and residential lockouts, and residential rekeying, serving real estate agents, property owners, and property managers in the Disney region of Florida. We provide free house keys with every service call! Affordable Lock & Key knows our target clientele, and provides full value added services for our agents and managers. As former property management professionals and real estate agents ourselves, we understand your particular business needs, and we work hard to assure our services meet the highest expectations for you. Fully self contained, our mobile key shop is an excellent base for re-keying your homes at rates that do not break the bank.

Description of Work: I wasn't contacted for two weeks after purchase until I called. He said he hadn't checked the website and wasn't aware of me. I made an appt and left work early to be there. He called and said he was having vehicle issues and rescheduled. For that appt he didn't call but didn't show up. I finally called him hours later , and he said he was having vehicle issues again. I made one final appt, and he showed up that day. I ended up getting more locks changed, but he offered no discount on the additional price, which I thought was poor customer service considering what had happened on the two previously scheduled appt. My locks are changed now, but I'm very sorry to say I won't recommend this provider.

I did have an exceptionally difficult two weeks when the warranty work on my new van was being held up at the dealership. And I was very sorry that some of my customers got caught up in delays due to that issue. I've been in regular contact with the technical people to try to resolve the email issue they have at Angies List. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with me you're the first negative response I've ever had.

Description of Work: Removed an old deadbolt and old entry door lockset and replaced them with new Schlage units. Rekeyed the units to use a single key and provided additional keys. | |The owner, Wayne Carter, arrived on time with a new Schlage deadbolt and a new lever-type entry door lockset as we had discussed over the phone. He removed the old Kwikset units and installed the new units after setting the cylinders to use the same key. He was prompt, courteous and his price was very good. He also provided as many keys as I asked for at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Wayne did an exemplary job. I had my door broken into and he did everything he could to help me install a new door and changed four locks for me. I found him very professional and reasonable. I would definitely use him again.
