Overall he did a good job but when I asked about a replacement water heater he gave us a quote of over 3,700 for a tankless water heater and over 1300 for a standard water heater. I checked out the prices and they were double what I could get at Lowe's or home depot installed.

Our water heater wasn’t working so my father-in-law told my husband to call an electrician and I ask why he didn’t a plumber so my husband called and they came out and they insisted in rebuilding a 10-year-old water heater and the total bill was $681 and you can go buy a brand new water heater for like $250 – a nice one for $300 and my husband thinks that I get taken if I’m here for repair manually. I was like sticker shock that was ridiculous so they would even think about and offer that and not suggest getting a new one and then I went to a file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they said they can’t do anything because they filed bankruptcy – I’m like are you kidding me with charging prices like this but my husband bought in to it so they ended up doing the service. I cannot complain about the quality too much. They were timely that's for sure and they got somebody out here quickly same day that we called. They were here when said they gonna be. When I tried to call the people to question the bill I got the runaround and honesty he was being very nasty to say I’m really rude on the phone so I definitely give professionalism a “D” grade.

It went awesome. I was impressed by what they did. I would use them again. I also purchased a service agreement for them to cover A/C, electrical and plumbing.

Steve Matthews was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, very neat and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Ace again.

They told me the problem, gave me a competitive price quote and I was happy with their service. At no time did I feel pressured.

Giving this a B rating due to their overall approach. The person who did the work was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. But, the company wants to sell yearly and quot;retainerand quot; like contracts that give you some built-in maintenance visits and discounts on repair work. I had to listen to a pitch about this from the person who came to my home for the 2-hour special I purchased from Angies for $100. What's more, he wasn't even aware when he arrived that the 2hour special was what I had purchased. Then we needed to outline exactly what I wanted him to do in the time purchased (I didn't require anything extensive, just a handful of basic things like adjust settings in toilet tanks, auger one toilet line, shower head/pressure change and a couple of other small things). He did this, so it was worth it for the money I spent on this purchase. But he made some other suggestions for future work and priced it for me (unrequested by me) and the prices were really high! But they would be cheaper if I purchased that retainer contract mentioned above.

Terrible - didnt hang up fireplace - said he wasnt very familiar with it ?!?!?!? Why didnt yo u ask what you were coming for in the first place and send me the right guy??? What a waste of time !!!

This was a terrible service for us, and a disappointment. We bought the special thinking what was being represented was $600.00 worth of plumbing work for the agreed up special price of $84.00. Sounded too good to be truce, but there is was on Angie’s list. The service details said “Ace Solves It All”.. is a highly rated plumbing contractor on Angie’s list. Here is the fine print… “We are offering drain cleaning for only $84.00! Angie’s list customers also receive a free main line or video sewer inspection and a whole house inspection. This service is valued at $600.00, saving Angie’s List customers 86%.” That is a word for word quote. It sounded to good to be true, but we went for it anyway because it was offered through a source we trusted… Angie’s List. Here is what actually happened. Our appointment time window was between 9-11am on Monday and that worked for us because we had an appointment at noon. They called at 11am to tell me the technician was “on his way” from Kissimmee which is 45 minutes away. The service technician was arrived at 12:15, over an hour late for the appointment. He spent about 50 minutes looking around our house at our plumbing, rather informally, and said “you need all the PVC under the sinks replaced, and that will cost you about $900.00.” (to be fair we did ask if he would check pipes under our sinks and give us an opinion) We asked if any of that work was covered by the $600.00 deal we just bought and he said no. We asked if that is all we got for $600.00, was for him to informally look around our house and recommend that we spend $900.00 with his company. He said no. We asked what work would he provide today that was worth $600.00 (which was in the ad) and he said “would you do $600.00 of work for $84.00”? My answer was “yes, if I advertised it on Angie’s List. His response was “then Angie’s List got it wrong.” We asked him to leave rather than argue. The service technician was not rude, but we were aghast at his answers. About an hour later we got a call from the “Ace Solves It All” company and they told us they would refund our $84.00 if we buy their $900.00 service they recommended. We would not recommend this service.

It went well. I paid for 2 hours of plumbing services and he was finished with 30 minutes to spare. I was given a window of 9-11 to show up. He did show up at the far end of the windown - 10 minutes until 11:00. However, I was given a call to let me know. So I appreciated that. The plumber was very polite and he got to work and completed all of the jobs I required. I was extemely pleased that he was able to find the problem that kept causing one of my toilets to continually overflow. I have had this problem since my house was built. The plumber took the toilet off of the base and noticed that there was a piece of broken pipe lodged at the curve of the shoot. This would cause toilet paper to catch and over time build up causing my problems. He found something long to try to get the piece of broken pipe out there. I have not had any problems with this toilet since that time. He also recommended that I use a 1-ply toilet paper since the drop from the toilet to the curve was so long and the pressure might not be strong enough to forcefully push heavy toilet paper down through the curve and out the the sewer. He also installed a new garbage disposal for me since my old one quit working. I had a toilet that I had turned off due to leaking from the bottom. He told me the toilet had shifted off of the seal. He set it back on resealed the area.

The overall experience was positive. The work performed was done to my satisfaction. The only downside was that I thought their service prices were a bit steep.

I purchased the Big Deal through Angie's list then contacted Ace Solves it All to set up the date for the service. I was pleased with the ease of setting up a time and also that they were able to schedule me before my Easter company came into town. The price was good mainly because of the discounted deal. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He answered questions and gave me some good tips in setting my thermostat. I was completely satisfied with the work done and the manner in which it was done. I will use this company again.

Had purchased Angie's List and quot;couponand quot; for AC service. Tech arrived on time, completed a thorough service, explained steps taken, suggested periodic homeowner service items and overall a pleasant experience. Would recommend these folks to friends. Have used these and quot;couponand quot; services several times for a variety of home items. All have been a good experience and you can't beat the price.

Soon after I purchased the coupon (within two day or less) I received a call from them to schedule the appointment. They were very accommodating and I scheduled the appointment within one week. On the day of the appointment, the technician was very professional and courteous. My unit is over 15 years old and he didn't push selling a new unit because he said I didn't really need it yet. I'm always a little apprehensive about having my AC serviced because I know the unit is old and feel like I will be pressured to upgrade but don't want to yet. so I was happy with his stance. I know I will need one soon but don't want to be pushed into making such a big purchase. I give them a thumbs up.

Everything was A+ from the door knock to the goodbyes.

We got bids from 3 companies and Ace Solves it all was in the middle. We actually gave the job to the highest priced contractor. They left all the dealings with County permitting to us and after 10 days we were ready to start. They rescheduled us 3 times and projected the repairs would take 2-3 weeks starting 7 days after order and they'd and quot;try to keep us with power over nightand quot; if they could. After the reschedules we called Ace Solves it All and hired them. Tony predicted a 3 day job and scheduled the start 3 business days later. The electricians showed up led by Tony and and proceeded to wok 15 hours straight to complete the work in one day. He came back the day after and completed any small clean up details and worked with the inspector to get approval the first try. By far, our best experience with a trade contractor in Florida in 9 years has been with Tony and Ace Solves It All. Well done, Guys!

Very good. The service was what I expected. The technician provided me with important information about my A/C, and it's condition. He also cleaned my condenser coils.

The initial phone call for the appt. did not tell me that I had to respond to a pre phone call or the technician would not be sent out. I had my phoone turned off, and didn't hear the phone call that I needed to answer. When the technician didn't show up, I called in, and then was told that since I didn't respond to the previous call, they didn't send the tech. As a result, the appt needed to be re-scheduled. The second time went off without a hitch. The technician explained lots of stuff to me (recently purchased home), and did a thorough job of inspecting the heater and air conditioner. Would definitely use them again.

Work was performed efficiently, and correctly. Service person was knowledgeable, polite and professional. We have already called them back to install smoke detectors with same good results. Great company to work with!
