Description of Work: The provider was hired by my elderly friend. Services were performed for her and she paid for the services. That being said, here is why I would never hire Ace Solves It All. She originally called them to get her air ducts cleaned. Ten thousand dollars later, they cleaned out her ducts and a substantial part of her savings. The charges for replacing the wax ring on her toilet, installing a surge protector, putting ionic cleaners in her A/C ducts and several other services were all priced at least 25-30% higher than any other local Angie's List providers that I contacted! I wanted to meet with them to discuss the charges, but at 86 she said her heart would not tolerate the stress. I really feel like they took advantage of this elderly lady up-selling services she did not need and over charging for their work.
