AC Home LLC is like having a family member who will show up anytime you need them to repair your AC! Leo, the owner, is the most reliable and honest repairmen I have ever met. He has kept our 20+ yr. old HVAC system going for several years. The Friday before Thanksgiving, I called Leo and he honestly informed me that it was time to lay our system to rest and we should invest the money for a new HVAC system. I wanted to get the new unit installed ASAP since I was off for Thanksgiving week. Leo said he would try his best. On the Tues before Thanksgiving, Leo texted me and said he was able to get the new HVAC unit and could have it installed the next day! I couldn't believe it! Not only did Leo make sure the install got done that week, he gave me an amazing price! The next day, the install technician, Gustave, came out and had the new unit installed in about 4 hours! Gustavo did an amazing job and I was so impressed with how easy everything was from start to finish! I will NEVER call another HVAC repair company! Leo is trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, professional, affordable, and just an overall nice guy! I truly do consider Leo to be like family.....I wish there were more people in the world with as much integrity as him. Thank you again Leo for being so wonderful! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!! At the beginning I thought this guy was outstanding....Long story short he is the biggest fraud you will ever meet. In 2018 he replaced our entire AC unit, we paid him almost $6000, come to find out he didn't file a permit with the county. I found out there are quite a few other homes he did the same thing. It cost $80 to file a permit with the county. Also, since we had our AC unit replaced in 2018, we have had nothing but problems. I called him when it wasn't working and he said it was going to cost us to fix it, this is just months after a brand new unit he installed. So we had Del Air come out shortly after he installed and they said our outdoor unit is old and there was no way it was new as well as they had to replace the compressor just after a year and it cost us over $1000. They also said the unit should have been one size larger as the unit never shuts off and it never fully cools our house. If you check out his facebook page there are pictures of him with tons of old units and it says "keeping these old units working for a little longer". It is clear that this man is a fraud and should not be in the industry. Do NOT use this company!!!!

Capacitor was bad and leo from ac home came and instaló a new capacitor con a sunday. Great service and price
