. Never, never, never use A Bargain Apppliance Repair unless you're a masochist.
Description of Work: The timer dial on a Maytag clothes dryer separated from the timer shaft. A Bargain serviceman said entire timer motor would have to be replaced at a part's cost of $230. They replaced the motor twice. Neither motor worked. They also replaced the moisture sensor twice because it stopped working after the timer motor was replaced. They never called to tell me when parts on order came in. I always had to call them to find out. When I was told by their main office in Atlanta GA that someone would call, no one ever did. It turned out that the timer motor never had to be replaced at all. A $10 part was all that was necessary to re-connect the dial. Also, while they were working on the machine they failed to re-connect a neutral line to the timer. I found all of this out from a Maytag technician who repairs Maytag parts. He put the macine back in working order on 4/1/12, over three months after A Bargain screwed it up. A Bargain is not a local Orlando company, which they don't disclose . They're headquartered in Atlanta. They hire local technicians.who either apparently haven't a clue about appliance repair or perhaps intentionally lie to the consumer concerning the nature of the repair. A $230 timer motor versus a $10 part? Over three months and the dryer still not working? Draw your own conclusions.

They advertise as Kissimmee Appliance Repair, as I am in Kissimmee I thought I was getting a local company. When the repairman got here I found out he was from Orlando. He found the leak in our GE washer very quick and said it won`t cost much. He glued the plastic tube that was cracked. He charged $120.00 to glue the part plus service call charge. I called for 10 days and was told a supervisor would call me and explain the charge. They never called.
Description of Work: The repairman glued a plastic tube aprox. 10 inches long that was cracked which is where the leak was.
