This business is so professional. The office staff is so friendly and Helpful. They helped us so much in our hour of need. They made us feel at ease, did exactly what we needed, were so informative. Thank You all so much, well done!

I feel Triple S Plumbing tried to scam me. I made the appointment a week in advance. I told the secretary it was the only weekday I could have the work done. I asked her what time did she think the plumber would arrive. She said my area was the first in the morning the plumber would go to and he should arrive around 8-8:30am. At 9am I called the office and the secretary told me the plumber was at a job an hour away but they would be at my house as soon as they finished. At 1:30pm I called the office and the secretary said they went to another job in a different town an hour away. I asked if they would have time for me and she assured me they would. The plumber showed up at my house at approx. 3:30 and told me he would be charging me time and a half to do my job. I immediately called the office and the secretary said, oh yes anything after 4pm was time and a half. I asked why since I had an appointment, she said that was just the way it is. I said won't pay the time and a half, she laughed and said you'll be back. I spoke to the owner, he said he would do the work on Saturday at regular time. I asked to send me text or email stating it would be done at regular time. He did not. On Friday he called me at 3:30pm and asked me to change my plans that evening so he could come to my house and work. I agreed. I waited a couple of hours and he did not show up. Nor did anyone show up on Saturday. I feel this was a scam, they knew I needed the work done and even though I had an appointment they held off doing the work at my house because they thought I would pay them time and a half rather than the straight hourly rate they had quoted me.

Triple S Plumbing is an untrustworthy business. They installed a new sump pump which they told me I needed. After water backed up into my house less than a month later, I had another plumber come out. He opened up the sump pump to find that Triple S had put a rusted, hole filled lid on it. Dirt had fallen through and blocked the intake hole, causing the overflow to not enter the sump pump and backup into our house. When I contacted Triple S and explained this, they basically said "oh well". I explained that my 3 year old son could have easily fallen through and cut himself. The owner's response was, "well, did he?". All I asked Triple S to do to make it right was to put a new lid on. They refused and said I could pay for one. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Well. Conscientious worker.

Not good. They should not have a B rating. I don't think too many people use them but one time. Had to hire another plumber to finally get the job done right. Didn't realize how bad a job they had done until we had someone come out that did the job right.

They did a good job- Price was fair- Would use again-

At first it went well then toilet started to rock just a little. After a while I noticed a leak at the bottom. I called and they replaced a seal. The old toilet did not rock or leak it was replaced because the stuff inside the tank was old 200 dollars to fix the stuff inside or 430 for a new toilet. Bottom line is I made 5 calls to them and was told someone would call back. Last call was on 3/31/17. Still waiting!

They never called me back after three (3) attempts to get a price.

The pipe was leaking terribly when the sink was turned on. The copper line under the mobile home had a split in the line. David took care of the problem.
