 + -1 moreHe hasn't done any work for me yet. I do plan to call him thought. He gave me an estimate in November. It was very reasonable. I have 3 jobs I need done. I have a leak I want him to look at and assist with trimming a tree and brackets. I will be using him though.

 + -1 moreThis man traveled 40 miles round trip to come to my home each time. He was prompt, professional, and helpful above and beyond. His price speaks for itself.
Description of Work: Climbed up to first-story roof to put rope with weight on end in chimney so trapped squirrel would climb out. Returned next day to remove rope and repair broken chimney cap. (A small animal removal service had given me a quote of $280. for this service, not including the chimney cap repair!) In addition, Rod removed an old satellite dish, wiring mounts, and wiring from my roof.
