+ -1 moreDid not do what was promised in the way of follow up. Failed to provide promised invoice/bill of services/receipt for services to an elderly couple, one is disabled. Promised more than half a dozen times, failed each and every time; became belligerent, hostile, went nutso and postal. Avoid at all costs.
