About us

American Gutter was founded by Keith Chapman in August of 1997 and became incorporated in February 2000. Keith is a State Certified Specialty Structure Contractor. We also have certified building contractors and several highly skilled aluminum technicians and sheet metal fabricators. To be centrally located to our customer base, we have constructed a commercial building on SR 100 in Keystone Heights, Florida where we maintain our office and lease space to two additional businesses. We take pride in our excellent services. We can always be reached by email or by phone. We have a very courteous staff that receives & returns phone calls promptly, Monday – Friday. Our office is located at 322 SE Hwy 100, Suite A, Keystone Heights, FL., 32656.

Description of Work: This is the most honest company that I have found in years. They estimated the price for soffit damage that could be seen and an additional amount for damage that might be discovered upon commencement of the work. Many providers would charge the entire amount since I was not there during the repairs and would not know whether there was additional damage or not. They even cleaned out my gutters (not an easy job at my house) which was completely unexpected. I cannot say enough good things about this awesome company and have already recommended them. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you American Gutters!
