Went wonderfully! Owner, Ken, anticipated 3 days to install and job was completed in 2 days. Family run business and everyone was fun as well as professional. Amazing windows and amazing work! Have already recommended them to several people.

It went well. The crew arrived on time and finished on time. They did clean up after themselves. There was one very slight issue with a curtain holder that was damaged. I did not discover it until after they left and was able to repair it myself. I would recommend them.

Extremely pleased with entire window replacement. We had 2 other window companies come out to give estimates. The companies sent out sales men, people who have probably never replaced a window a day in their life! With Action Windows, the owner of the company(Ken), came out and gave the estimate, answered the phone every time I called, and was at my home the entire time during the day of install, working at installing windows. The other two companies we inquired with would not take down my plantation shutters during window install as well as re-hang them. I would need to hire an additional company to do this. Ken at Action Windows took the shutters down and re-hung them with no issues. Ken’s staff was professional and worked hard. They are also his family members, very rare to find small family businesses these days. The other companies told me it would be at least 8-10 weeks before my windows would be installed.... we had ours installed in about 5 1/2 weeks.

As far as when they came out and did the work and we communicated, it was great but we have a problem with some of the siding. So I gave them a B for responsiveness. They were there when they said they were going to be there. When we had to have an inspector come out, he didn't give us the paper work. He was supposed to call, we ended up having to call 6 months later. He didn't have the right paper work. They can't get a hold of him and we can't get a hold of him. It is an on and on thing.

Showed up a little early and was done with repair work in less time than estimated.

Was available to come over same day do estimate/order parts. Came back 5 days later with parts and completely replaced window. Would definitely use again.

Ken's crew come overearly and worked all day pulling out 25 windows and installing the new ones. Fine job cleaning up after. Even worked with me in letting me get in some marble interior window sashing. Following week they began the siding, again with the same promptness and work ethic. Two issues where brought to my attention, so that I could correct before they continued, instead of covering them up. Again, they left the house each night looking orderly and when comletely done, had no issues with left over materials in the yard. Just recently, had an issue with parts on a few of the windows, that was covered under the warrenty. Ken came out and took care of it, with no extra charges, and gave the other windows a look over while there. Ken's a down to earth guy, and a pleasure to work with.

Went well -- windows were in when promised and work completed efficiently, neatly and professionally.

I was looking for 3 estimates. Action WIndows was friendly and helpful from the time they answered the phone to the end of the process. The were on time, very reasonable and followed up with me. Turns out my windows were under warranty so I had to use an authorized svc center. I would recommend Action WIndows to anyone needing window service.

Everything actually went very well -- the windows were installed when originally promised. One window did come in broken, however, and had to be replaced which was done within three weeks or so of the original installation. The installers were polite, professional and very neat. All in all the windows do appear very nice and seem to be efficient and I am satisfied and pleased with the work performed.

They had a quality product and he worked with me. He was very punctual and very efficient. He did a beautiful job and he really cared. He actually fixed up some stuff that other guys had botched up. He went over and above what he had to do. He was really good. It was a small family business that has been in business for a long time. I didn't have any problems with them.

I was very pleased. I rarely recommend a contractor to anybody, but I have recommended him to some people. He impressed me considerably. I would definitely use them again.

Action Windows pretty much did everything that was expected. They were knowledgeable and adaptable. I am pleased with what they did and will wait for the hurricanes to test them out.
