Plumber was a few minutes late. The office did not fully explain to him what I wanted. I need to have the garbage disposer replaced and I wanted it switched to the other sink. The Plumber said no problem and started right away working. No issues, no problems. It took about an hour and half to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I would use them again.

Triple-A!! Shawn's people came on time, and did the job completely. The water heater took about four hours, and they broke down everything on the statement. He's not cheap, but I would definitely recommend him.

Shawn was easy to reach and very responsive to our needs. His crew did a very good job and everything met code easily. They were prompt and reliable. He coordinated his work with other contractors on site. I would recommend him and would certainly call him again for any plumbing needs.

They literally came the day we called even though we had never contacted them before and were not established customrs. The did the repairs promptly and they are proved to be well done. Additionally, considering the time and effort the price was a bargain.

They left the work area very clean - that was much appreciated! They charged $312.50 for 2 1/2 hours of work by plumber and 2 1/2 hours for helper. I was very happy with their work!

They were able to come on short notice, but it did cost us a travel fee since we live in Little Torch and this is a Key West based business. Service was great and they did a quality job. Labor rate was higher than I was used to paying from middle keys plumbing (now 3rd generation plumbing), but MKP was unable to come out on a Friday and I didn't want to go all weekend without a kitchen sink.

We found the company and the plumber sent to our home to be quite professional. There was no emergency and it was quite easy to set up an appointment. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. The job was done efficiently except that he needed to go to Home Depot to get some parts although I had discussed what was needed with the office in advance. That really was no problem and the work was completed in timely fashion. The price seemed a little high, but probably was quite fair.

Mr. Hudgins was on time, appeared very knowledgable and very professional. Everyone was happy with his presentation and I plan to have him on my (very) short list of plumbing contractors. He advised that it was a bit early to actually start work but that by banding together he would be able to save mobilization costs which would result in saving to us.

The office is run well and appointments are scheduled without delay for emergency repairs and within a day or two for non-emergency repairs. The workers show up on time, are pleasant, and do their job. They clean up after themselves when they are done. On the rare occasion where something needs another look, it is handled immediately without incident or problem. Truly a well run group.

We had a bathtube drain that had failed and was causing water damage to the house flooring. I contacted this firm one afternoon and at my request their service was scheduled the next afternoon at a time convenient to me.. The service person arrived within five minutes of the stated time, which for this area is like arriving an hour early and went to work promptly. He had all the necessary supplies with him and the drain was fixed and functioning normally within less then an hour. The service was courteous, quick, pleasant and completely successful.

Pay very close attention to what you are being billed for, especially with larger jobs.

Called at night - we were not home so did not need emergency repair. Plumber went out the next day and fixed problem by Noon. Called from house and gave us good news

In the past they also had to tear out a wall and redo all the plumbing in one of my rooms. They are honest, prompt and do a wonderful job. I have never had to have a callback on them and they clean up everything. They are very honest, detailed, do exactly what they say they will do and do not exceed their estimate. I will use them again in the future.
