And, as a realtor, he is a consummate professional. We decided a couple of years ago to look for a home to purchase in Key West. After working unsuccessfully with another realtor for several months, we found and began following Gary's blog. And, we soon decided to work with Gary. It took several more months to find the right property, but during that time Gary diligently and tirelessly searched, visited properties, sent information, and provided objective guidance. We eventually found the right property, and Gary provided great guidance right through the closing. No real estate transaction is ever easy, but this was a good experience, thanks primarily to Gary's hard work and expert guidance.
Description of Work: Gary Thomas at Preferred Properties in Key West served as our realtor in our recent purchase of a home in Key West. We were hundresds of miles away during most of the search, so he was our eyes, ears and feet on the ground during most of the process.
