Paradise Solutions

I met Kristine , the owner of Paradise Solutions, in January of this year when our last cleaning service had just quit without notice, leaving me in quite a bind at that busy time of year. I called every local cleaning service I could find online and in the telephone directory and Kristine was one of the few whom I was able to reach on the first try. I explained my dilemma and she fit our property into her busy schedule at the last minute. She and her co-worker (I will leave out his name because I do not know how to spell it) did an excellent job of deep-cleaning the property on the first visit, and once we negotiated an acceptable price they agreed to clean our vacation rental compound after each guest checkout, and have been doing so on at least a weekly basis for the past nine months. In the two years I have managed this property we had previously used four different cleaning services and had some type of problem with each one. I would have to say Paradise Solutions is the best service we have used. They always clean quickly and thoroughly, paying meticulous attention to detail while completing the work in an unbelievably short time, something that is very important on days we have guests checking in the same day others are leaving. I also like the fact that they use green cleaning products, since we live in an environmentally sensitive area. There have been a couple of occasions when both the property owner and I were out of town at the same time and we felt comfortable leaving Kristine in charge of checking in guests that were arriving while we were gone and handling any problems that might arise. We were looking for a cleaning company that is also capable of property management services when we need them and we found that in Paradise Solutions. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
