We have them for 35 years. They're punctual and they come on time. They keep the pests down to nothing. Everything is up-to-date. They come every third weekend of the month. We've been doing it for 35 years now. We rely on them and they do a good job.

I really like their service. They took really good care of me in a short time and they were also very discrete because I had guests in town that weekend. Their billing is a little bit irregular and I didn’t like that. I work shifts so I am not at home when they stop by. I am getting billed in the mail well after the actual service has come through. It was actually difficult for them to come and have me pay the valid bill.

The first service I had with them left a lot of bugs. I called again about an unrelated infestation (i.e. different bug). I left a message at the 800 number. Called again the next day as no one got back to me. A very uninterested- sounding woman told me, "2 business days." When I didn't hear after that, I used another company that came 2 days after that. Finally, 2 WEEKS later someone from Orkin called saying that they would come and take care of the problem!

They have been very conscientious. They always return your calls. They do what they are supposed to do. I can't say enough about them, their service has been wonderful. His rates vary depending on scope of work. They are a very good company to do business with and we will continue to use them in the future.
