+ -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the entire repair process. Open Air Cooling responded timely. Marc, the repair technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and honest (which means a great deal being that I am a senior citizen). My air conditioning was repaired the same day! I would definitely recommend them and will call again if I need services, in the future.

+ -1 moreExcellent! I called Open Air Cooling at 8:10 am Aug 2, 2020 After our AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night. They promptly answered their phone and asked me to give them my information. Within 1 hours a service technician was at my home and was able to diagnose the problem and had my air conditioning running in 20 minutes. This company didn't look to milk me for money. They didn't look for the expensive fix. They came to do the most efficient and inexpensive job, gave me tips on how to prevent this from reoccurring, and recommended a few other things be done to maintain the unit. Very friendly and Knowledgeable.

+ -1 moreOpen air cooling completed my work on time and at a reasonable price. They assessed the problem and replaced my unit very quickly. The office staff was friendly and kept me updated on appointments times. They always arrived at the time scheduled and completed the work above my expectations. I would absolutely use them again.
