Middle Keys Plumbing, Inc.

If you are in a bind and need a plumber, Middle Keys Plumbing is your team. Peter has helped us tremendously through the years, and in most instances, it was because of something causing an emergency. Recently, we did some upgrades, and Peter was there for us. Middle Keys is excellent to work with, and we plan on using them for the foreseeable future.

Very responsive. First visit assessed the extent of the work. Returned the same day and successfully connected the dishwasher hoses, and fitted the machine within the cabinet. Good job.

Toilet was running and tried to fix it following video on the Internet. Made problem worse, so called Middle Keys Plumbing. Was able to schedule appointment later in the day. Serviceman arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, and did it. Toilet now works fine. I would use Middle Keys Plumbing again.

I came home from an appt this morning and noticed a drip from the ceiling in the carport. Investigated and found it to be the water line faucet for the refrigerator. I called MKP, but no one answered and being used to contractors not available on weekends, I figured I would just call back on Monday. James called me back from his caller ID and I told him the problem. Rather than waiting until Monday, he was able to come out the same day. He showed up an hour later! This certainly was not an emergency situation, but it saved me from missing time at work on Monday. He was very nice, professional, and when the job only took 15 mins, he offered to check other issues if I had any since I was paying for an hour of labor. With that said, I remembered we had a hose bib outside that needed to be replaced. Overall, I was very happy with his service and will definitely call him again next time I need a plumber. Angie's List provided some very good reviews, which is why I called him in the first place. Now I get to add mine to the list. Great job!

I wanted to write a follow up to my original report. I now have called on Middle Keys Plumbing several times and I wanted people to know that this was not a one time deal. Again as before he was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable over all once again a pleasant and satisfying experience. It is wonderful to find someone you can count on and know the work will be done right. I am one satisfied customer

I called in the morning about this problem; he set an appointment for that same afternoon. He was a little delayed at another job but called to say he would be here soon. Problem was diagnosed, parts replaced and fixed for a fair price. Professional and very capable. Will definitely use again when I need plumbing services and highly recommend this company.

This company was a breath of fresh air. He was here when he said he would be, he performed the work efficiently. He was professional and had knowledge of all plumbing for both old fixtures and the latest technology. Took the time to explain to us what work he was doing plus what he had to do going forward. His office staff is both professional and efficient. They too called when they said they would. All in all we have found a plumber for life and intend to spread the word as far and as to as many that will listen. We are so confident with this company that I would leave him in my home unattended to do the work that is how much we trust them. Cannot say enough!!! Fabulous job
