+ -1 moreI called when my original choice for pest control dropped the ball. A little difficult to get a "human being" on the phone but responsive and professional when they do pick up. I'd give an A-minus/B-plus on puncuality actually--parking is difficult in my area which made the guy a few minutes late but not bad. Once here I found him professional, pleasant and full of information. Definitely put my mind at ease regarding a bug problem I hadn't had before and didn't really understand. I didn't rate prices as I have had no opportunity to compare but they didn't seem out of line, and while retreatment (necessary in my case due to the degree of the problem) does come at a cost, it is much less than the initial and was cheerfully done.
