 + -1 moreI highly recommend Keys Cooling. We called and they came out within the hour as promised. Since this is a 2nd home in the past we have had other local A/C repair companies try to rip us off thinking we some "Rich Northerners". We had to have 2 or 3 out to get opinions and estimates before choosing. I will always call Keys Cooling 1st and have confidence in their work.
Description of Work: Our A/C system wasn't blowing very hard nor very cold. They replaced the booster and recharged the unit. It has been working like new for the past month.

 + -1 moreRepair man was curtious and knowledgeable. He was carefull carrying a 6 foot latter up the stairs. He was neat--did not leave a mess.
Description of Work: My heater was not working. The repair man came within 2 hours of my call. He quickly determined the problem was a faulty thermostat. He had a relacement in the truck which he installed. He explained and demonstrated the new thermostat. In all he was here about 45 minutes. The charges were $42.00 for thermostat, 3.15 tax, 90.00 labor.

 + -1 moreKeys Cooling arrived at 8:30 and immediately started the work on the handler. They were professional and really understood the job. A part had to be purchased so they quickly went to a repair shop, bought the piece needed for the handler and returned. It took about 3-4 hours to complete the entire cleaning process and now the unit works twice as strong as before. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them as long as I am living in Key West.
Description of Work: I used Keys Cooling to clean the coils on my AC handler as well as clean off mold on the outside unit. They were on time, totally professional and did an absolutely fantastic job. There was a part missing from the AC handler, so a serviceman went quickly to a repair shop, purchased the part and returned. Keys Cooling even cleaned up the inside area where they worked in the handler and vacuumed everything. The AC handler area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Price was accurate and work was wonderful. I will continue to use them on a regular basis to check my AC unit yearly. They deserve an A+ for the wonderful work, business ethics and work.

 + -1 moreThe compressor in one room broke down over Memorial Day, and the other air conitioning unit in another room was running poorly. After contacting another local company and finding them unresponsive and unreliable we called Keys Cooling...they were here the same afternoon. Their crew immediately took out, cleaned and reinstalled the unit which was working poorly and have ordered the needed compressor for the other unit . Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they responded quickly and efficiently. Anyone who lives in the Keys will understand how rare prompt and efficient service is!
Description of Work: Cleaned and re installed Fujitsu air conditioner & supplying new compressor for a second Fujitsu air conditioning unit.
