Description of Work: Inspection/Reoair; An A/C Tech was scheduled to inspect my system on the morning of 10/11/16. Since he did not appear, I contacted their office and was told he was still busy on another assignment. At 2 pm I again called their office, and this time cancelled the Inspection, as neither the Tech nor anyone from the office contacted me that the Tech was still involved in a Repair or Inspection. I had wasted my time waiting for someone who didn't show up or even inform me that they would not show up.

+ -1 moreAlthough the bill was more than it would have been up north, they were very polite and professional...even after spending several hours in the africa hot attic to boot!
Description of Work: Our AC unit wasn't working and I called them. In the middle of summer they came out and repaired the unit the next day so we were pleasantly suprised. They cleaned the unit and changed out some burnt electrical parts and maybe something else...I don't remember exactly, since it has been a couple of months.

+ -1 moreThis was a long project and they gave a fixed bid. They had to come back many times due to waiting on carpenters.
Description of Work: Replaced and redesigned 2 AC's and ductwork. A lot of work and everything is still running great after a year. They were prompt, professional and patient with the carpenters when the AC work was delayed and changed several times. I will use them again.
