+ 0 moreWe called Frank’s Plumbing late in the afternoon. They were here the next morning and replaced our heater. They were efficient and very professional. We will definitely use them again!

+ -1 moreThere was a mix up in communication with the appointment time, so Haskins plumbing made it to my house while Frank's did not. The female operator / call center woman from Frank's plumbing had the audacity to call me, and tell me to not contact them again...because they (Frank's) was not able to make it in time. Let me reiterate that. She actually went out of her way, to call me and tell me to not use their service because Haskins was able to come to my house first. This company is *VERY* rude. And these people at Frank's do not care how they treat their customers. Good luck if you hire Frank's. Your work is likely not covered under and warranty. And if it is (lol) they will tell you to not contact them.

+ 0 moreBetter than I expected. I left them a message over the weekend and Monday morning around 11 they had the new heater installed. The owner, Frank, and their pricing have both been very fair. They treat you like a member of their own family. They're always very honest, loyal, and punctual. Their service goes above and beyond. I've used them for many years and I will continue to do so.

Description of Work: Frank's Plumbing scheduled an appt to diagnose the plumbing problem at 0930-1100. They promptly showed up at 0930 and the plumbing problem repaired by 0945. The cost was included in the service call fee.
