Description of Work: My wife and I used Dennis as a general contractor on our condo remodel project in several phases extending over several years we were always satisfied with his services, and that of his sub contractors especially the staff and owners of MEE electrical...If you are going to undertake a major project in Key West Dennis and his folks are simply some of the ebst you will find on the island.

 + -1 moreas those who live in Key west know nothing in key west moves fast...BUT if your patient and work with Denis he will work with you and in the end you will find he is fair, does what you pay him for is helpful with suggestions when difficulties are encountered and is honest and not trying to rip any one off...I would use him again on any future projects of a large scale..

 + 0 moreWe finished this section of the project on April 2014 and were as before fully satisfied with the end results...we plan on using him still for our third and final phase in the fall 2014 thru early winter 2015.
Description of Work: We are using Dennis and his company for a second time for a bathroom and bedroom remodel..matter of fact today we are fully engaged in same.

 + -1 more....the overall experience of working with Denis and his crews and subs was great, his crews and his subs were professional and did great work.....they were cooperative to work with as minor changes or issues arose as they always do in any undertaking of this size, and were eager to assure we were satisfied when they were done......in summary it went so well we intend to use Denis again in the fall to remodel our bathrooms
Description of Work: We hired Denis as the general contractor for our kitchen remodeling project in Key West, this involved installing a snack bar between the kitchen and living room as well as the removal of all of existing sheetrock, cabinets and relocating the range, refrigerator, and the sink....basically the kitchen was completely rebuilt rewired, and re-plumbed from the studs out....
